Requests for access to buildings using the Proximity Access system should be sent to the appropriate building manager:

Physical Key Requests:
To request a physical key, please email belen.byers@utexas.edu. Be sure to include the building and room number in your email. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from Docusign to sign your key request. After your request has been signed it will take two to three business days for Lock & Key Services to make your key. When your key is ready, you will receive an email from Lock & Key Services to pick up your key at the customer service counter located near the Speedway Garage in front of the CPE building (see map below).
